Quantrés Initial Site Assessment provides valuable opportunity for us to observe your facility in action while making cost cutting and improved efficiencies recommendations on the spot.
Here’s how it works……
- Information Gathering - We begin first by gathering all available information such as statistical data, current system configurations, workflows, administrative functions, schematic layout, staffing levels, etc. before the scheduled site assessment begins. Our documentation of recommendations and improvement strategies begins at this point so we can come prepared to your site with information to build from.
- Site Assessment- Once a date has been set aside for the 1-2 day site assessment (number of days is dependent on size of operation and availability of observation time on a “live” production floor) approximately 4-hours each day will be spent in the production environment observing and documenting all areas where improvements can be implemented to improve operational efficiencies and overall effectiveness.
- Recommendations - We then finalize all of the information gathered at that point and present to you our findings and recommendations on the final day of our assessment.
Finally, within 30 days you will receive a formal write-up of the information presented to you on our final day followed by a customized plan of action that can be immediately executed with you to achieve the highest level of efficiency and cost cutting techniques available.
